- We review and route it. Urgent items are flagged, and the job goes to a local provider suited to the work and the area.
- The provider contacts you directly to confirm scope, schedule and pricing. You approve the work, and they invoice you or the owner directly.
- Use it again next time. Recurring palm trimming, turnovers, storm cleanup: one request each time.
Remote and seasonal owners
Many Lee County homes are empty for part of the year. If you manage or watch homes for owners who are away, a tree problem can be scoped from photos and a site visit, with the estimate sent to you or the owner for approval.

Can I submit several properties in one request?
Yes. Choose “Several properties,” put one address in the address field, and list the other addresses and what each needs in the description. Photos from any of them help.
Who contacts the tenant or owner for access?
Tell us in the request. Most managers prefer that the provider coordinates access through them. If you’d like the provider to call a tenant or owner directly, include that contact and say so.
Can I set up recurring palm trimming or seasonal work?
Yes. Choose “Recurring / ongoing” and describe the schedule you have in mind, like twice-yearly palm trimming across a portfolio. The provider quotes the work and agrees the schedule with you.
Can we line up a contact for storm response before hurricane season?
Yes. Choose “Storm-response contact.” We can’t guarantee crew availability after a major storm, but getting properties and contacts on file before the season makes post-storm requests faster to handle.
Who invoices the work?
The independent provider who performs the work quotes and invoices it directly, on terms you agree with them. There’s no charge from Tree Trimming Service for submitting requests.
