1. What the service is

Tree Trimming Service is a request and coordination service. We receive requests for tree-related work and connect requesters with independent, third-party tree-service providers. Tree Trimming Service does not perform tree work and is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

2. Providers are independent

Providers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each provider is solely responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, jobsite safety, cleanup, permits and approvals where required, and its own licensing and insurance. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. Before hiring, we encourage you to get a written estimate and ask for proof of insurance. See our provider disclosure.

3. No guarantees of availability, timing or outcome

We work to connect every appropriate request with a provider, but we can’t guarantee that a provider will be available, that they will respond within a particular time, or what they will charge. Marking a request “urgent” flags it for priority handling. It is not an emergency dispatch service.

If there is an immediate danger to people or property, or a tree is in contact with a power line, call 911 and your electric utility.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information, and only submit requests for property you own or are authorized to arrange work on.
• Don’t submit spam, false requests or content you don’t have the right to share.
• Make your own decision about whether to hire a provider, and review any estimate or contract carefully.

5. Photos and information you submit

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You give us permission to store them and share them, with your request, with providers we connect you with, for the purpose of handling your request.

6. Website content

Information on this site is general and for convenience only. It isn’t professional arborist, legal, insurance or permitting advice. Rules and conditions vary by property and jurisdiction. Rely on the provider handling your job and the relevant authorities.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and service are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tree Trimming Service is not liable for the acts, omissions, work, pricing or conduct of any provider, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or service. Where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which for requesters is normally zero.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Lee County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
