Who does the work

Tree Trimming Service does not employ tree crews or perform tree work. When you submit a request, we review it and connect you with an independent, locally operating tree-service provider. That provider handles the site visit, the estimate and any work you choose to hire them for.

What the provider is responsible for

• Their estimate, price, schedule and the quality of their work
• Equipment, jobsite safety and cleanup
• Permits and approvals where required, as agreed with you
• Their own business licensing and insurance

How providers are chosen for a request

We look at the type of work, the property location, urgency and provider availability to decide who to connect you with. Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their work. Please do your own checks before you hire.

How Tree Trimming Service is paid

A checklist before you hire anyone

• Get a written estimate that says what’s included (stump, cleanup, haul-away).
• Ask for a current certificate of liability insurance, and workers’ compensation coverage for crews.
• Confirm who is handling any permit or HOA approval.
• Be cautious of large up-front payments, especially after a storm.
• For hazardous trees, ask whether an ISA Certified Arborist is involved if you need a formal risk assessment.
